Auro

Add Auro to your safe senders

Auro emails you when a tender arrives, an addendum is issued, a query is answered or a deadline is close. Some email providers send these to junk. Adding Auro to your safe senders keeps them in your inbox.

Add both of these addresses.

The first sends tender emails. The second sends account and team emails.

  4. Select Add safe sender again. Enter notifications@auth.auro.build and select OK.
  5. Select Save.

iCloud Mail

iCloud Mail never sends email from your iCloud contacts to junk. If you read Outlook or Gmail email in the Apple Mail app, follow the steps for that provider above instead.

  1. Open an email from Auro.
  2. Click or tap the sender at the top of the email.
  3. Choose Add to Contacts.
  4. Do the same for an email from the other address.

Already in junk?

Open the email and mark it as not junk. In Gmail select Report not spam. This also helps your provider learn that Auro is safe.

If your IT team manages your email

Some companies hold emails in quarantine before they reach you. If Auro emails never arrive, not even in junk, only your IT team can fix it. Send them this page.

Microsoft 365 admins can allow both addresses in the Tenant Allow/Block List in Microsoft Defender. Microsoft recommends this over individual safe senders lists.
